The Ranger 8000 diesel generators are manufactured and hand built in Queensland using locally sourced components. It is the quietest, most fuel efficient and robust diesel generator available and has been developed specifically for reliable commercial and domestic power as well as solar backup. A focus on ease of maintenance, the modular construction offers complete access to all components and this is backed up by a complete stock of spares if ever required. With simplicity in mind, the alternator design uses no electronics to regulate voltages which is a common failpoint on most generators. The generator controller is designed by us and manufactured in Queensland, and is a simple yet powerful controller- solid state and draws absolutely no power when in standby mode.
